I hope Jack and Kate DON'T get back together. I also hope it turns out Claire isn't dead, and that Jin's still alive, improbable as those hopes might be.
I hope we'll find out all about Charlotte's childhood connection to the island. And that we'll learn what happened to Annie, Ben's childhood sweetheart. (Surely he didn't let her die in the Purge?!)
Finally I hope it's a long time before Sawyer finds his shirt.
